I will know that everyone is liberated when proselytism is a historical oddity that no living person can remember and the wall of seperation of church and state is universal enforced.

I will know that everyone is liberated when exploring one's inner nature is considered both sacred AND ordinary, and people are comfortable with that paradox.

I will know that everyone is liberated when no one is concerned with the gender or the current number of your lovers.

I will know that everyone is liberated when nudity is not considered sexual by default and public non-sexual nudity is common in parks, hiking areas, camping areas and beaches during fair weather.

Until then, I will expect that our species does not know freedom regardless how much some protest otherwise that they are free.
